River Witch Tattoo
Hello!
My name is Liz Williams, and I began my tattoo apprenticeship in 2023 and received my license in 2024. A life long artist and musician, I believe art to be one of the most beautiful and impactful things a person can be a part of.
While I am originally from Mississippi, I relocated to Virginia in 2020 due to my husbands military service. When I’m not tattooing, I enjoy painting, reading, and going on adventures with my three dogs.
